What Our Southern Utah Homeowners Are Saying

For nearly 50 years, Teeples Custom Builders has helped families build truly custom homes throughout St. George, Washington and Southern Utah. Here’s what our homeowners have to say about their experience building with us.

Designed, and built our home. Far better quality, endless options, easy to work with, honest, and most of all, we really love our home and so does everyone else.

We really felt that they wanted to produce a house they would be proud of, even if it wasn’t their own. We have been in our home for two years now and the quality is ever present! I highly recommend Teeples as the place to begin when you build your home.

Great price

“We had a great experience working with Teeples Custom Builders and are extremely satisfied with the final result. They were flexible and accommodating with our requests throughout the process, which made building our home much less stressful. Communication was always easy and responsive, and we truly felt heard every step of the way. On top of that, they delivered excellent quality for the value. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.”
Von Means, St. George UT

“We built our home 3 years ago with Teeples Custom Homes and we couldn’t be happier. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. Our home was finished in 4.5 months with no surprises. We were kept apprised of every step and they even met us at stores to pick out items for the home. Transparent and quality at every step. We would have no hesitations to use them again. Thanks again for everything you have done for us.”
Joseph Macedone

“When you have Teeples build a home for you it really feels like a team effort. This home Cameron and his crew just built for us is amazing! We always felt like he was on our side when something didn’t go the way we expected it to. He always worked with us and didn’t play those stupid games of charging tons of hidden fees when something needed to be changed. He truly gave us a high quality, custom home and I am grateful for him caring about our home and managing our expectations so well.”
Nate Wright, Washington, UT

“Teeples Custom Builders remodeled one of our homes and built the other new! They were fantastic to work with. They were honest, thorough, and communicated well with us. We always knew what was going on. The quality of their work was everything we’d hoped and more! We’ve recommended them many times and will continue to do so!!”
Wes Grover

“I highly recommend Teeples Custom Builders for remodeling. Don’t even look elsewhere. Working with other companies to get home projects done is stressful, but I honestly felt so good about using Cameron. He is honest, hard-working, and great at communicating. Cameron was always reliable, competitively priced, and very knowledgeable.”
