So how do we do it, and for less than big box guys?

1. No ‘Upgrades’. We price what you want upfront and there are no upgrade fees whatsoever. Sure, nicer products cost more money, but we don’t add a fee on top of that to line our pockets.
2. No change-order fees! We know a home is always an evolving process, so we give our clients the flexibility to make changes/additions as we go. The other guys expect you to have everything picked out upfront, or they won’t even start your home. And then when you realize you missed something (simple as it may be) they ding you with hefty fees for daring to change your mind
3. Small company, low operating costs. We keep it small, to keep IT (your costs) small. We’ve been building like this for over 50 years, with zero intentions to EVER change what is a time proven, customer driven, budget friendly building process!
