We have been in business since 1977, in Southern Utah since 2018, and are a one-on-one, custom building and renovating company, specializing in new homes, commercial renovations and residential remodels. We work directly with our customers from the design all the way to the final cleaning.
Custom Building is what we do, and all we do. Our goal is be as flexible as possible and put our customers in the drivers seat of their project so that when everything is finished, their project is exactly what they wanted and dreamed of.
Our business philosophy is simple: If we offer high-quality work at fair prices- combined with great service then our customers would become our friends. If our customers become our friends, they would refer us to their friends, who we in turn, would offer the same high-quality, fair prices, and great service to, and the cycle would repeat itself. This simple model is the reason we continue to be the sought-after contractor of our ‘friends’ for now over 47 years.
While this seems a logical business model, it is one that is more fa more rare than common in the construction industry of today. So called ‘Builders’ no longer actually know how to physically build anything and custom homes are an out-of-reach luxury when offered by the other guys.
